Pension Insurance Corporation needed a new and improved redesign of their members zone portal. A place for their members to easily access, navigate and view financials and relevant documentation.

After meeting with various stakeholders across the business some initial benchmarking exercises were carried out and we set the task of How could we make the experience more enjoyable and intuitive to use?

The outputs explored sticky features, lock on scroll elements, clearer signposting and hover states, logged in and out states and a much cleaner modern looking UI to align to the updated branding.
